Training Program for the Border Personnel – Israelis and Palestinians

The program provided skills that enabled the participants to resolve conflicts and solve problems in a cooperative way. It is a joint effort to facilitate the process of problem solving at the border passes. We conducted workshops in Gaza, and Tel-Aviv, Karni, Allenby Border Pass and Jericho. We were to start working at Erez and Rafa border crossing when the Intifada started and our work was interrupted.
The program was supported by Yad Hanadiv Foundation.
