The workshop is designed to teach strategies and processes of multiparty negotiation, to create and preserve coalitions, and to deal with many parties, many interests and several agendas.

Negotiation via E-mail and Telephone workshop
Many organizations conduct part or all their negotiations via email and or telephone. Negotiating via these mediums often create conflicts and is a challenge to the negotiators who are used to negotiate face to face.
This workshop will provide the negotiators with tools which will enable them to deal with the new medium, to cope with many obstacles facing both sides that negotiate via e-mail and telephone.

This workshop is designed to provide understanding and sensitivities while negotiation with other cultures. Understanding the cultural background, dealing with differences and similarities and provides tools to deal while negotiating with different cultures.

Mediation Course (60 hours)
A basic meditation course represents 60 academic hours, using experiential learning methods, including practice simulations for the participants. The course introduces the negotiation model on which mediation is based. It provides the participants theory, and practical tools for the future mediator.
The course is recognized by the Gadot Committee, Ministry of Justice.

This specialty course is designed for planners, members of the planning committees and mangers of natural resources. The course's topics are: mediation, Conflict assessment, mapping all the stakeholders, multi party mediation, managing meetings, understanding interests, developing options and concenssus building.
The course aims at developing capabilities for resolving conflicts in planning and environmental issues that often do not get to court, but may cause harm to various stake holders.
