Conference "Mediation in Business and Labor disputes”
The conference convened world leaders in business and Labor disputes to introduce Mediation to the court system in Israel. Among the participants in the conference were the Minister of Justice Mr. Zachi Hanegbi, President of the Suprem Court Prof. Aharon Barak, Prof. Robert Mnookin, Harvard University, and others.
